About:

The Hispanic Studies program at Vassar College has a twofold purpose: to teach the skills required to understand, speak, read, and write the Spanish language and to guide students in an exploration of the literatures and cultures of Spain and Latin America.  Except for the occasional bilingual seminar on Latino/a studies, courses are taught in Spanish.
